Los Angeles Road Trip

With humility, thanks, and deep adoration, I acknowledge how the Rangers have helped me grow into the person I always had the potential to be. All I needed was the guidance of some amazing Rangers to help me find my way, with their clarity, consistency, empathy, firm kindness, integrity, and excellence.

 

Today, Rangers and Ffyo's from all over are arriving in LA. Who would have thought? When I stumbled into the Network Empire, it was for one thing—customers. I loved my first-line retail, but the Rangers couldn't help themselves.

Each Ranger is their awesome self without even trying; it just exudes from each of them.

All Rangers believe everyone is special, unique, and capable of anything. They have a rare way of seeing inside someone and pushing the buttons that help bring out the "special" within. Every Ranger does it differently, but they share the same purpose: to help people grow into their best selves. Yes, for the customer and company, but Rangers believe in the people. They see it as a three-sided puzzle, where all three sides must be nurtured, trained, and pushed beyond their comfort zones.

Without stepping into the unknown, how can we grow?
 

And the Rangers are tough. Every single one of them. But they do it with a firm kindness. They’ll never leave you to be mauled by the bear. They stay with you every step of the way, their hands tight on the safety line, a big box of Band-Aids ready to patch you up and throw you back in. No time for licking wounds.
 

We learn. We go. We learn some more.
 

Application, in the fire, is the way—not theory. Where it counts. Where people are depending on us. There are no do-overs or mulligans.
 

Every action, every word, is important.
 

What we do isn’t rudimentary or common. What we do is glorious, exceptional, and relevant—to each person we help. We are extremely relevant, and even when their frustration and anger are boiling over, the Rangers teach us to see beyond that—to see the pain, the need, the core—so that we can provide our very best every time.
 

Because no one wants a lifeguard on their off day. We have to be 100% every day.
 

Because of my beautiful Rangers, they took my drive, passion, logic, and reason and added heart, empathy, direction, and focus.
 

And as usual, I couldn’t just say thank you. I figured everyone deserved a Ranger. And based on the response, it seems the Rangersr speak a language that resonates beyond age, gender, or social group.
 

People love the Rangers, and some identify with the Rangers, some with Ffyo's. But more than I ever imagined, many are a combination of the two.
 

But isn't that the way? No one is just tech or just customer service. We’re all a little bit of a lot of things.

I want to thank the Rangers for helping me find my way to a better self. It's a journey, so I’m sure I’m not done growing yet. But my goodness, the Rangers are the best teachers in the world. Thank you all.
